Your probably trying to open to gmail accounts from the same computer like me, true having two different browsers will do. To configure flash player for Konqueror on Gnome all what you need to do is the following.

Install Konqueror and its plugins:
sudo apt-get install konqueror konqueror-nsplugins

Then install flash:
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

Then open your Konqueror and go to :
Settings->Configure Conqueror->Plugins-> Scan for new plugins

Here you go!
